Ok, so words can’t even come close to telling you how amazing Carsten & Grace are or how fabulous their Solitaire Homestead wedding was.
There is much debate on how Grace & Carsten met (there are several different versions of the same story) but Grace’s sister likes to claim it was all her doing (even though I’m pretty sure it was more of a fate/chance thing??). Carsten knew Grace was a keeper when he first met her and realized this was a girl who could wrap her arm around HIS shoulder, He pursued her fiercely and all credit to him because he got his girl.
Big Don (aka Grace’s dad) affectionately refers to Carsten as Archibald and you can see how much he, a man who’s had 4 daughters get married in 3 years really respects, appreciates and admires what Grace and Carsten have. During his speech he also thought it prudent to point out the “Pocahontas” vibe Grace was channeling for the day….. loved it!
Carsten & Grace are so true to themselves & they bring out the best in each in other. The whole day they laughed and smiled, I literally couldn’t get them to have a serious moment. They are the kind of people I love to be around, people I’d be proud to call friends.
Grace & Carsten, I hope the rest of the reception was as amazing as the start and that you both cherished every second. I seriously can’t thank you enough for inviting me to be a part of your day, it was Magic! Much love and appreciation Jx
